Southern Highlands

Located within the Southwestern part of the Las Vegas Valley lies the master planned community of Southern Highlands. 

Southern Highlands, surrounded by glorious mountain vistas, is a 2,300 acre residential community.  Southern Highlands is an oasis of luxury, comfort, security and convenience. 

Southern Highlands is just to the south of the Las Vegas      I-215 expressway and just barely to the west of the Las Vegas I-15 freeway. 

The award winning Robert Trent Jones championship golf course is at the center of the community.  The Estates at Southern Highlands surround the course and feature the Golf and Country Club.  There are several gated neighborhoods within the Estates including; Vintage Valley, Castle Oaks, Olympia Hills and Eagle's Landing. 

The south end of the community showcases the Villages at Southern Highlands.  This area includes an array of parks, recreational facilities, public and private schools, a health and wellness center and restaurants. 

Homes for sale in Southern Highlands range from a low of the mid $100,000's to well over $10 million for some of the massive custom estates in the guard gated Country Club.

The Southern Highlands community is considered one of the more desirable areas to purchase real estate in the Las Vegas Valley.  Many of the homes for sale at the current time were purchased by buyers with adjustable and no loan doc loans and are therefore part of our foreclosure and short sale problems.  When Nevada real estate prices climb back up to previous levels, these homes for sale should provide their new buyers with a sizable amount of equity.
